Britney Spears is back on the streets with her gaggle of paparazzi in hot pursuit!

As we first told you on Wednesday afternoon, Britney was released as doctors say she is not longer a danger to herself or anyone else. The minute Spears was set free, she picked up her paparazzi boyfriend Adnan Ghalib and took the rest of the photographers on a chase across town. The local FOX affiliate even covered the chase live with a news helicopter.

Britney went straight for her old stomping grounds - the Beverly Hills Hotel. Cops eventually showed up to escort Spears and Ghalib inside.

Adnan also took Britney to see her attorney Adam Streisand. That's the guy who went to court earlier this week to try and fire Britney's dad, Jamie Spears as conservator.

Who knows what will happen next now that Britney is on the loose!
