We may have waited a little later than most media outlets to officially chime in on the Democratic race for President, and we don't regret that one bit.

As a news source for young adults, we here at the Socialite Report think it is important to hear all sides before weighing in. At this point, we have heard enough to make a sound decision.

It may have been tempting to jump into the latest trend sweeping the nation, but as political junkies we managed to stand our ground. Barack Obama's campaign has managed to motivate a youth base, and we admire him for that. We just don't believe that makes him qualified to be president.

The Socialite Report is endorsing Hillary Clinton for President, because of her sound leadership, dedicated experience and promise for tomorrow.

There's no doubting that Hillary Clinton is the most qualified candidate for the job. As first lady, Hillary stood up for what she believed even if it went against her husband's administration.

While serving New York, Clinton balanced her progressive thinking with her experience in Washington to become one of the greatest Senator the state has ever seen withing a very short time. Her dedication to the citizens of Lower Manhattan and the rescue workers on September 11th are unparralleled.

As president we are sure that Hillary will be the perfect role model for today's youth and serious leader who will take our issues straight to law.

Barack Obama will make a good President one day, but today we have to think with our heads not our hearts and elect the right woman for the job.
