Did Hulk Hogan buy liquor for the kids before they crashed?

The young man who was seriously injured when Hulk Hogan's son, Nick Bollea, wrecked his car while drag racing wants the Hogans to be held responsible.
TMZ is reporting that John Graziano's court-appointed guardian Peter Musante has filed papers legal papers blaming Nick's parents, Hulk and Linda Hogan for the car accident that left Graziano seriously injured.
The court documents filed on Monday say that Hulk, born Terry Bollea, purchased liquor for the boys the day of the accident. It also says that Terry and Linda Bollea knew that Nick had built a car intended for street racing.
The lawsuit names Daniel Jacobs, who was driving the Viper that night, as a co-defendant. He pleaded no contest to reckless driving last month.
Terry "Hulk" Hogan and Linda Bollea have since separated and are in the middle of a nasty divorce.
