Amy Winehouse spent the night in jail after turning herself over to cops on Friday for questioning over some minor assault charges.

Evidently, Amy rolled into the police station fucked up on something on Friday afternoon and was released on Saturday.

Winehouse wasn't charge with anything. Instead, she received a formal police caution for assault.

As a result of her questioning, Amy missed a court date for her husband Blake Civil-Fielder who is currently in jail for assault and tampering with a witness. Don't worry, Blake had another woman at the courthouse for support. Reporters witnessed Civil-Fielder mouthing "I love you" to a blonde woman by the name of Sophie Schandorff.

She claims they're just friends.
