Evidently so!

The SFGate is reporting that Lindsay Lohan was spotted having a few rounds of cocktails at a club in Times Square when partying with her friend, DJ Sam Ronson.

Lohan recently pledged to stay sober after spending a large portion of last year in rehab, following two DUI incidents that landed Lindsay in jail for a few minutes.

She evidently arrived at Times Square's Hawaiian Tropic Zone on Saturday with Ronson, who DJ's until around 4 a.m.

Later in the night Lohan was spotted in the VIP section smoking cigarettes and sipping Grey Goose and Red Bulls.

There are also reports that Lindsay threatened Ashley Olsen to stay away from Ronson.
