American Idol reject Kristy Lee Cook is engaged, and no not to Simon Cowell!

She may not be America's favorite, but her new fiance Andrew Dobner seems to be so crazy about her that he proposed twice!

After getting the boot from Wednesday night's Idol results show, Kristy Lee announced she was engaged.

Evidently Dobner asked her to marry him in March, but popped the question again after she got the boot.

Kristy Lee told Us Magazine that she didn't tell anyone about the first engagement so she could concentrate on American Idol.

"He actually got down on his knee this time," she said. "He owed it to me!"

Cook's duties with American Idol aren't over. She'll tour with the rest of the Top 10 this summer.
