Miley Cyrus is set to co-host the County Music Television Awards on Monday night with her father Billy Ray Cyrus, but according to reports the Hannah Montana star might be too sick.

Splash News Online is reporting that Miley has strep throat and may not be able to make it through the whole awards show.

The CMT's are known for more than just an awards ceremony; for country music fans the evening is packed full of performances including Taylor Swift, Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban, Brad Paisley, Carrie Underwood and Toby Keith.

There are also appearances expected by an interesting mix of Jeff Foxworthy, William Shatner, Maya Angelou, Russell Crowe, Martin Scorsese, Jon Bon Jovi, Sissy Spacek and, of course, an A-list of country stars.
