It sure seems that way.

Evidently actress Natalie Portman is now dating folk-rock singer Devendra Banhart.

Natalie and Devendra were spotted walking arm in arm through the West Village on Wednesday.

Another insider tells us, "I was staying at the Chateau Marmont very recently and met Devendra while I was waiting for the elevator. Natalie walked up a short time later & Devendra introduced natalie as his girlfriend. Right when she walked up she threw her arm around him. I later saw them poolside getting quite "cozy" together."

The cutest thing is that Banhart's song "There's Always Something Happening" appears on a FINCA benefit compilation put together by Natalie on iTunes.

Natalie will star in his upcoming video for Carmensita, which they just finished shooting over the weekend.
