Motivational icon Tony Robbins is suing rival Stephan Pierce for use of his name and likeness.

According to TMZ, Robbins' lawsuit says that Pierce's wife recorded a speech Stephen gave at one of Tony's seminar. Then, they evidently posted the video on Pierce's website and told readers to buy their video instead of attending Robbins' seminar.

As a result, Robbins has slapped Pierce with a lawsuit asking for cold hard cash in return for the use of his name and likeness.

Tony also says that Stephan posted a false statement on his web site saying that he had permission to use the clip.
